School Program Facilitator: The role involves leading workshops in schools.
◦ One training session for schools = 24 hours of instruction: 4 days of instruction, at a rate of one day per week, with
1 different topic covered in each workshop
◦ 1 day of instruction = 6 hours = 6 sessions with 6 different classes
◦ Hourly pay = €21/hour
◦ Flat-rate bonus for providing tasting samples: €23

Total compensation for 1 training session: (4 sessions of 1 day per week)
21 €/h × 24 h = 504 € + 23 € = 527 €

Depending on the level of commitment, school presenters may therefore receive compensation ranging from €527 (for 1 session) to €1,054 (for 2 sessions).

The trainer/instructor:
Initially, he will hold several roles: Conducting sessions in schools or companies / Training future instructors / Overseeing the
management and monitoring of training sessions conducted in schools by instructors.
You will receive a commission for each training session you conduct.

Example of possible compensation:

• One session of school outreach as a presenter = 4 days of school outreach = 24 hours = €527
  ◦ Fee for the “Become a School Outreach Presenter” training = €576 x 5 trainees = €2,880

Total compensation: €527 + €2,880 = €3,432
